"Started in early August and was completed in two weeks. Since the yard is sliced up to put in all of the pipes, the resulting mess was handled very well. There were no depressions left where the pipes were buried. Excess dirt was hauled away. Dan also installed three outlets on the house for use outside. Note: one of the reasons for a sprinkler system was to have separate water metering. Our sewer charges are based on water useage and are quite high. It will take twenty years to recover the cost, but now I have the convience of a sprinkler system and no longer have the manual watering hassle (of a corner lot). Now I can wash the car, water flowers, fill a pool without the sewer charges.
Nine months later lightening blew out the controller, Dan came back twice with a replacement and reinstalled it at no charge. He also checked the alignment on all the sprinkler heads for proper coverage.
A neighbor put in a sprinkler system  a month before mine and I had his company quote my lot. The price was about $3,000 more than my cost. I am well satisfied with the cost and the service I received.

"I am very pleased with the work Tri-J Landscaping did for us.  I wanted the flower beds in front and on the side of my house cleared and some low-maintenance plants put in.  They cleared out all the overgrown shrubs, transplated two palm trees elsewhere, and put in a nice arrangement of plants.  They even added a hedge of azaleas to the front of the house, and cleared beneath and added mulch to the bottlebrush tree in my front yard.  They did everything right on schedule; the work took just three days.  They were not at my house all day long, I can only assume they were working at other jobs, but the project was done within the timeframe promised so I did not mind.  It has been four months since the work was done, and all the plants have survived and even thrived.  If I had any issue it was that after the work was done I found cigarette butts that had been discarded in my driveway, and no one in my family smokes; a small clean-up oversight that just happens to be a pet peeve of mine.  Even so, I would definitely call them again for future landscaping projects."
