I recently had my garage door repaired and the service was excellent from start to finish. Josh was incredibly professional knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived on time explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly without cutting corners. My garage door now works perfectly. He was curtious, show up on the appointed to give me an estimate and then later the same on the install. I was not home at the time so he came back that evening to show me how to operate the garage door after hours. On top of that, what he offered and the price was also the best from my other quotes from the other 4 garage companies. I had 2 companies that didn't even follow up after they came to give me an estimate. He offered what I ask/want instead of trying to up sale the product.

I called on a Friday afternoon at 4 and Steve was out within an hour. We had to run an errand but after diagnosing the problem, he offered to wait for us to get home to discuss our options. We needed a new opener which he offered to install that night but it was getting later in the evening and we chose to wait until the next day. The next day, Steve called when he was on the way and arrived promptly at the time he said he would the evening before. He had everything up and running in just over an hour and everything runs so much better. He also took the time to discuss the install and go over the necessary maintenance to keep things running smoothly. The entire experience from the first call was extremely easy, convenient and professional and Steve was very knowledgable and not pushy when discussing options. I will definitely call back for any future garage door needs!

ProLift sent a technician, Jon, out to our home FAST. Jon quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained all repair options, displaying his expertise and making all the right recommendations. He provided a written quote while on site, and was able to perform the repair the same day. The work was excellent, and we are lucky to have found this company.
