"Started in early August and was completed in two weeks. Since the yard is sliced up to put in all of the pipes, the resulting mess was handled very well. There were no depressions left where the pipes were buried. Excess dirt was hauled away. Dan also installed three outlets on the house for use outside. Note: one of the reasons for a sprinkler system was to have separate water metering. Our sewer charges are based on water useage and are quite high. It will take twenty years to recover the cost, but now I have the convience of a sprinkler system and no longer have the manual watering hassle (of a corner lot). Now I can wash the car, water flowers, fill a pool without the sewer charges.
Nine months later lightening blew out the controller, Dan came back twice with a replacement and reinstalled it at no charge. He also checked the alignment on all the sprinkler heads for proper coverage.
A neighbor put in a sprinkler system  a month before mine and I had his company quote my lot. The price was about $3,000 more than my cost. I am well satisfied with the cost and the service I received.

Small jobs welcome

"I got a couple of quotes for my project before deciding to go with Clingon Professional. They put so much time and effort into really coming up with a plan to solve my flooding problem and executed their plans meticulously. They really listened to me and what the needs were. They were very open, transparent and honest about the entire project. The end result was better than I expected it would be. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again for future projects."

"had a couple issues with the actual pavers for the patio from the beginning.. even though Chris made it right .,. now the sand is all but gone from most of the patio.. I do not think it was installed correctly or they did not install the polymeric sand but ... just plain sand ...... Also a huge dip in the pavers so ..huge water puddle when it rains.. could be that the sand since not installed correctly is eroded from underneath my brand new paver patio???? so disapointed.... never even called to follow up after project to see if i was satisfied with the results .."

Retaining Wall Installers questions, answered by experts

Small retaining walls still require a foundation of some kind, typically a concrete footing. This helps to ensure the wall is structurally sound and prevents the ground from shifting over time, especially during those winter freeze/thaw cycles. The footing helps spread the weight of the wall and the load it carries over a larger area of the ground, thus assisting with stability. This is true of small retaining walls, larger rock garden walls, and the like.

Yes, including patterns, finishes, and plant integration for aesthetic enhancement.

Through proper drainage solutions and compacting the foundation soil.

Options include concrete, stone, brick, and wood, tailored for specific design needs.

Railroad ties can be good for retaining walls, but it depends on the area. They have a desirable rustic look and are durable. The problem is they’re treated with creosote, a preservative the EPA says poses a risk to humans and wildlife. Over time, the preservative seeps out of the wood and into the ground. Many areas have banned the use of creosote-treated wood on residential properties. If your area does allow it, never use railroad ties near an edible garden or drinking water source. Instead, use wood that’s treated with an EPA-approved preservative or a wood-alternative composite material.
