Told him we have a Service Dog in training and Terek was totatly onboard. Even mindful to close the doors when going outside and permisdion to pet her. When done he explained everything so I could understand. When he left I noticed he had the truck hood up. Went outside to ask what's wrong. He was fixing the battery on the truck again. I ssked how often he had to do this..he said many times. Asked if the office knew an he said yes. He got it fixed! Thank you Terek for a job well done today! "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair.
