Germantown Fireplace came when they said they would and quickly assessed the problem...(it was just dirty) and said that's usually what causes our problem. He moved very fast which was good, but was not terribly friendly and was eager to move on to the next call. We appreciated the quick response and reasonable price. Glenn was punctual and he always kept in contact with us. They did the work on my uncle's home and were finished in about 5-6 hours and the noise was minimal.
