We phoned Coopertown first thing before calling the contractors to ensure that any wildlife could not get into the attic. They immediately came out and made a plan to prevent any wildlife from coming inside the home and eradicate any possibility of them entering or staying in the attic. Alex Anderson, Certified Lead Technician, came and worked very hard during the hot weather to do what was needed to close up and resecure our home from any wildlife. Alex was very empathetic, friendly, and professional. He then returned after the new roof and fascia boards were installed to seal and reseal any possible areas that vermin might enter the attic space. The only thing was he did have a painter who was working for him who charged $500 to paint our kitchen island and they said it could not be matched. We had another painter guy who went to a different paint company and he was able to match it exactly and only charged us $200. Other than that, they were very good and we would use them again."
