"Patch of Heaven was very timely in coming out to quote a bid and following through on the work! Even though they were a few dollars more than another bid, his honest evaluation and feedback were sincere and responded quickly to my inquiries; therefore, my husband & I chose this company. When he came for the work, rain was forecasted for the p.m. Because of this, he came early to evaluate the land and speak with me about my wishes. (We’d had some rain the previous day & wanted to be sure ground was spreadable.) In the end, he advised me that if it were his yard, he’d try before more rain came & pushed off the work further. He worked VERY hard to complete our job before the weather came even to the point of FaceTime with my husband so he could see & made our requested changes. He was so kind, through, & willing to do all that we asked. We’ll use Patch of Heaven again for sure!!!!"

"Roger and his crew did excellent work. Each day started early and worked into the late afternoons (M-F). My project for new vinyl siding took about 12 working days to install that included the chimney exterior wooden structure being rebuilt due to some rot. They also installed two new cypress posts I provided and sealed to replace my older ones (2). Every evening his crew (Roger was on-site every day except for one) put up their equipment and did a clean sweep of the area. The craftsmanship was excellent and we are really enjoying our selection in siding. I would highly recommend using Roger for anyone considering putting siding. He also represents high quality vinyl windows at a very reasonable price, though I had them under contract with another company. Roger was easily accessible via phone and text. "I am an architect and have extremely high expectations for the work performed by the contractors I hire.  It is safe to say that Tony exceeded my every expectation.  Although the fact that I am out of state caused a number of difficulties (including communication, and payment, among others), Tony was more than happy to work with me to help get a messy situation (i.e. the rental house) on the road to resolution.
After discussing the scope of the work over the phone, Tony visited the property and sent me an estimate the next day.  Although the project took longer than the anticipated 3-4 days, it was well worth the wait, as the work performed was exceptional.  Tony's work ethic is exemplary, and he refused to cut corners in order to speed up the job, even though it meant losing money on his end.  Although my budget was very tight and I explained to him that I wanted to keep costs down as much as possible, in the end, he did MORE work than was originally on the contract.  That's just the kind of guy he is.
Tony was very good about keeping me informed about the progress at the house, and kept me in the loop any time an issue arose, but also did not bombard me with calls (which I appreciated).  He was very responsive to calls, emails, and texts, something this busy lady appreciates as well.
Tony very patiently endured communicating with my pushy realtor in order to fulfill some of her repair requests as well-- another complication of my being out of state.  Tony was very professional about it though, and always called to confirm with me (his client) before performing any work requested by my realtor.
When the project was completed, Tony sent a number of "after" photos, which were great, since I obviously wasn't able to see the house in person.  Tony gave me referrals to a painter and a house-cleaner, both of which I ended up hiring, and both of which did fantastic work.
Tony's an upstanding fellow and a fine contractor.  Do yourself a favor and hire him."
