"Very professional. The work took longer than expected and they never complained. The only issue I have is there were some details left unfinished and we had a promise to come back and complete them. When I wrote and asked about them there was no response. That to me speaks of the character of the company...follow through is important to me. I had another project for them but because of the lack of communication and follow through I had to give it to another company."

He recommended solutions rather than complaining. He was so patient. The job required a second visit and he never said anything that wasn’t relevant to fixing the problem. No excuses.
