They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"Overall they did a good job it is just that when they painted the trim on the front of my home the paint ran down on the base of my wall. I did not notice it until the next day. I texted them a picture of the paint running from the trim on to my base wall and asked them to come and fix it. They did not answer my text or my call. I called them from a different number the following week they answered and said they would come the following Sunday and fix it. When Sunday came they did not show up or answer my call."
