"I hired Fireplace Chimney Sweep Solutions to clean and inspect the chimney in my 54 year old home. He found numerous areas in the chimney and fireplace that were deteriorating with age. AfterSed Bledsoe showed me the problem areas and explained the potential dangers, I gave him the go-ahead to make the repairs. He and his crew did an excellent job, cleaned everything up afterward, and possibly saved me from a house fire. Very well satisfied."

"They stuck to their schedule and performed the work in a timely manner. Very professional and knowledgeable. They listened to what I had to say about what the problem was and they included a warranty so they may come back if there are any issues. They did a good job! As for the quality of service and value for my money, these questions cannot be answered until the chimney has gone through a period of heavy rain to see if the leak has been stopped. Therefore, that rating is provisional, since I have no reason to think the quality is not good but I have to reserve my answer until we have extensive rain. Overall, they impressed me as being a very professional and competent company."

"This is the second time we have hired this company, because they did such a good job the first time we hired them. Our house is a two story house, and there was a lot of rotten wood on either side of the fireplace on the outside wall from a long standing leak. The crew worked hard all day long. They showed up on time every morning and left in the evening, and they completed the work on time. The cleanup was excellent. I have confidence in this company and would recommend them to my neighbors. I will certainly call on them again when the need arises.

"Theresa was prompt when she came to give me an estimate and we settled
on a price for my move-out cleaning. She and her team came back after I
had moved out and cleaned the house from top to bottom, including
blinds, windows, stove, refrigerator and fireplace. I had hired someone
else to clean the carpets but she had them ready so my carpet steam
cleaning bill was a minimum. Theresa called me back after the job was
complete to see if I was satisfied and, if I had not, she was prepared
to return and "get it right". If I still lived in Brandon, I'd hire her
again.
