Samuel called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come earlier than my appointment (Punctuality A+), upon arrival he first identified two spots in the fire box that needed repair and provided an estimate (Fire Hazard Identification A+), then came the chimney/fireplace cleaning. "They stuck to their schedule and performed the work in a timely manner. Very professional and knowledgeable. They listened to what I had to say about what the problem was and they included a warranty so they may come back if there are any issues. They did a good job! As for the quality of service and value for my money, these questions cannot be answered until the chimney has gone through a period of heavy rain to see if the leak has been stopped. Therefore, that rating is provisional, since I have no reason to think the quality is not good but I have to reserve my answer until we have extensive rain. Overall, they impressed me as being a very professional and competent company."
