"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"He arrived at the time agreed for the first project. The he assisted me ordering parts from Home Depot I still needed for the rest of the work needed to be done. He was quick and efficient. He assembled my new dresser, he changed toilet seats, changed the kitchen continuous garbage disposal plus changed the electric outlet and box under the sink and replaced the whole toilet valves kit in the guest bathroom. He works on anything that needs to be repaired, replaced or fixed in the home. Now already planned to replace hardwood floor in one of the bedrooms and, paint, cover holes on the wall and replace my outdoor fans. He’s quick and waste no time doing the job , organized and very meticulous work on every single project. In addition he is professional, trustworthy and friendly."

He discovered a lot of rotten wood when he took up the old dock and adjusted his plans accordingly. He got into the water wearing waders to complete the work. "It went very well. Samuel responded promptly to call as he appeared ready to take the job on asap. This was after he found loose screws that apparently were not long enough to remain attached to the wood below the metal roof. Screws in many instances would just spin in the hole and would not attach and secure. This was a previous job by Malone Roofing who was paid to remove every screw and replace with new screws with grommet seal and silicone caulk where needed. Video evidence showed this findings. He finished the job completely by 3 days, which means a lot when rains are taking place. GAF coating x 2 coats was done completely sealing the roof. 5 year warranty for the roof and 10 years warranty on the GAF coating, which was used on the Super Dome in New Orleans. Other roofers just wanted to replace the roof, not repair the roof which is metal and is still in good shape."
