TL;DR: Glenn's a straight-no-chaser kind of person with great work and prices. Longer: I recently moved back to Mississippi from Washington, DC and my parent's home needed two new air conditioner units. I put in a request one evening and later that night received a text from to schedule an appointment . Glenn answered my questions in detail and in a way that was understandable to a layperson. The quality of his work was great and his turn around time regarding work and communication was excellent all around. When we had an issue a few days after installation, he came out right away to assess and fix the problem at no additional cost to us. I like knowing that my family and I have someone we can turn to, and that I have someone I'm confident in recommending. Finally, as a young Black woman, it's been difficult to find tradespeople who take me seriously and treat me with respect. It was a relief that Glenn did both.

I was quoted 10k to put a new unit in by one company and almost signed up but did a little research and was blessed to find Mr. Glenn Harris (G&W Services). He came in and accessed the problem, helped me fight with home warranty company and came in at 1/2 the price. Honest guy who walked me through all my options before we pulled the trigger on a new unit. He quickly installed our new unit and even repaired mistakes the original installer made. I can't speak highly enough of G&W Services!

Glenn is nothing short of awesome. My A/C compressor went out in my downstairs unit. ☹🥺 My husband looked up someone but I had to get in touch with Glenn. I text Glenn late that afternoon. He responded and said he will be by next day. Glenn installed a unit for us a couple years back. Got us fixed up while we were out of the country. Glenn takes pride in his work. Very dependable and knowledgeable about what he does and loves his job so I saved his number. He came out on a Wednesday. Thursday he came with his crew worked hard and had my A/C back on in a few hours. 🤗👍 I guarantee you want be disappointed. I would recommend Glenn a million times for any A/C issues!!! G @ W gave me a estimate that was fair. Glenn explained what we needed and set the installation date. They arrived on time and in five hours installed a new A/C and heating system. I watched them work and the job was professionally done. I inspected the installation and it is first class. I highly recommend G @ W for a job well done!!!

Glenn installed a new AC unit and heating unit. He was the lowest bid with comparable equipment. He also completed the job in one day. Glenn is very knowledgeable and I believe very trustworthy. I would highly recommend his company for any AC or Heating repairs or installs.

Came out on a saturday and didn't charge extra. Completed the job in a timely manor. Used modern equipment and weighed how much freon he put in. Is a bit expensive on freon.

Glenn was able to show us how to get the most value in a new hvac. The system was installed quickly in less than optimum conditions. I am well satisfied with the system he advised us to purchase and it’s performance. I would highly recommend him to everyone
