"This company is awesome!! They came in gave a very satisfying quote for the painting of our home. Of course I added additional rooms to be painted. I know that it would be additional cost which was within my budget. The customer service was exceptional from each crew member. I recommend LF Synergy for all of your painting needs. I am a satisfied customer and I will contract this company in the future. They went over and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. Thank you for your outstanding service!!"

"Michael Tillman and his professional crew did a Wonderful interior paint job. I had ceilings, walls, cabinets, and baseboards/trim painted in various rooms of my house. Perfectly done at a VERY reasonable price! No complaints. They also did a kitchen backsplash and Mr. Tony did an exceptional job! I was so impressed with this company that I have now hired them to do a master shower upgrade, replace 3 patio doors and a large patio window. You can't go wrong with this Company!"

"Charles did more than just paint my interior and when I say interior I mean all of it. He also painted the outside of my house too. He repaired some drywall and did many other jobs at my house. Took him and his guys an efficient amount of time and they did great. Everything looks so good and I’m slowly getting my house looking new and refreshed! I love everything he did. Highly recommend!"

Painting questions, answered by experts

DIY is possible but presents risks of uneven surfaces or improper adhesion; professionals offer expertise to ensure a lasting finish.

Opt for an interior wood stain that is rated for your type of wood. Consider your personal style preferences as well as the overall use of the room when choosing a color. Remember, the color you see at the store may look different on your actual floors once applied. This is why if you have the chance, it’s helpful to test a few options on a scrap piece of wood in the room first. Once you narrow it down, you can test a small patch on an inconspicuous area in the room to see it on the actual floors.

Yes, many fence repair services include treatments like sanding, priming, rust prevention, and repainting to protect the fence and restore its appearance. These services help prevent further corrosion and improve aesthetics. However, since not all providers include this, it is best to confirm what is covered before scheduling the repair.

Wood stains last anywhere from two to five years, depending on exposure to the elements, your local climate, the type of stain, and the surface it’s on. For instance, vertical surfaces last longer than horizontal surfaces. Some types of woods, like dense hardwoods, will require a recoat yearly, as they are too dense for the stain to absorb. In any event, apply a recoat every 2 to 4 years. As for storage, a can of unopened stain can last up to 5 years, though results may vary.

Yes, you can and should paint or stain pressure-treated wood, as this helps prevent the surface from cracking. However, it is crucial to wait for the wood to dry out completely from the chemical treatment process before applying a finish. If the wood is still wet, the paint will not adhere properly. The drying time can range from weeks to six months. To test if the wood is ready, drip some water onto a board. If the water is absorbed, the wood is dry enough for painting or staining. If the water beads up on the surface, it needs more time to dry. You can build with the wood while it's still wet, but you must wait for it to dry before painting.
