"Pre buy inspection Sam was very thorough. He discovered mold in the house. Also discovered multiple window leaks broken appliances, lack of insulation broken exterior doors. He could not get underneath the house so he sent his high tech robot underneath the house with camera to check everything. As a result I did not but the lemon of a house saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. Thank you Sam very professional and knowledgeable Job. I would with out a doubt hire him again."

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this company and their staff is! Chad was so kind, understanding of my needs and courteous through the quoting process and beyond! If you need all the t's crossed and the i's dotted this is your man!! The installation crew were incredibly respectful of our property and did such quality work in a very timely fashion. They kept things picked up as they went and removed debris each day! The onsite inspectors and crew leader made sure all the contract details were adhered to, as well as doing a final inspection of the installation to insure everything was as it should be! The job was completed on-time, with no "surprises" or upcharges. "Want to go on record to say that service was excellent from initial contact and a thorough timely evaluation and appraisal with supporting documentation. I found the work to be very professional and was done in an expedient fashion. Company was very transparent in pricing and I found their actual pricepoint to be more than fair for the final rendered report. That said, I would gladly use this company again if I had the need."

"Inspection was very thorough, Everything aspect of the work was Top Notch. The team that handled the mold removal and installation of products were very professional and also explained everything they were doing in detail along with pictures. Another team had to replace a small of boards ( They were incredible) An Electrician came to run wiring for the dehumidifier and he was also great person and over exceeded my expectations. Also I must add that the Dehumidifier was very high quality commercial grade ! I googled the cost of the product and was shocked at the price of it. All I can say is WOW about this whole process. I had called several companies, I am so thankful that none of the other companies even answered their phones and by the time they called me back Planet Green was halfway done with the job! I highly recommend this company, there is not one thing that could have been done any better. It seems customer service is so hard to find these days but they got it right!"
