"Trenton and Miguel were very friendly, punctual and did a great job raising the back concrete steps and leveling the sidewalk. Since it rained, they are coming back to do the caulking."
"After my Father passed away, and while I was getting ready to sell his house, I noticed the floors did not seem level and they seemed to be getting increasingly worse. I called Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement to see if they could fix the problem. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came to the house the very next day and diagnosed the problem. He concluded that the main structural support beam was a rotting wood beam and that it needed to be replaced with an engineered approved steel beam that could support the weight of the floor. I decided to take his advice and proceed. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came out the following week and performed the work in a timely and professional manner. Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement leveled the floors with the steel I beam and concreted steel column posts in the basement floor to help support the floor. The floors are perfectly level now. The team cleaned the job site and were very polite. Calling Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement was the best thing I could have done. During a very stressful time, they came in, gave me great advise, got the job done in a reasonable time so I could proceed with the sale.
"The job went really good. Driveway was a lot smoother when finished. This job was adding gravel on our driveway. Have seen some of the concrete work done by D&B construction. The concrete jobs were very good also."

"First he used non-english speaking workers, very difficult to guide work due to this. Poor concrete laying and wanted to use my gravel instead of providing for job. Intended to reuse old railroad ties for retaining walls instead of replacing them, and did not intend to run new electrical but instead to hook into existing run. Unacceptable as this is dangerous. Also was not going to give any access into attic space until I realized that and specified they must give access. Materials used in the addition itself were acceptable and it was well built, so the building skills are there just in my opinion overpriced. Roof is acceptable but not something I would brag on. Gutters are well done but these were contracted out by the contractor not done by his employees. "

Concrete leveling can last anywhere from five to 10 years or more, and in some cases, it can be a permanent solution. The longevity depends on the method used and whether the underlying cause of the sinking is addressed. For example, mudjacking typically lasts five to 10 years, while polyjacking can last for 20 years or more. It's best to consult a professional for an accurate timeline based on your specific situation and any factors that could cause the issue to recur.
Concrete leveling is not typically covered by insurance. In some cases where the shifting concrete is caused by a natural disaster or storm, you may be able to file an insurance claim if your policy specifically covers those circumstances. In most cases, though, you’ll pay out-of-pocket for concrete leveling.
Mudjacking typically takes 24 to 72 hours (one to three days) to dry and cure completely before you can resume normal use. The exact time can vary depending on the size of the project. Because the slurry mixture contains cement, it must fully harden to ensure that added weight from walking, furniture, or vehicles won't shift the concrete slab. A professional contractor can advise you on when the surface is safe to use. For comparison, if you use polyjacking instead, the polyurethane foam can dry in just a few minutes, but it's best to wait about an hour before use.
Common issues with concrete that may require professional repair or resurfacing include cracks, spalling, uneven surfaces, and weather damage.
Most houses are expected to settle over time, but foundation sinking of more than a few inches or uneven sinking of more than an inch for every 20 feet is cause for concern. Any significant or uneven sinking should be assessed by a professional to determine the cause and perform any necessary repairs.
