"It was great. They came out, they showed us all different kinds, and we picked out what we wanted. They came back out within two weeks. They make the windows themselves so that you don't have to go to a separate factory. It was a very nice experience. They took out literally a wall in my living room for the bay window. They had them installed. They took out the sliding glass door in my kitchen which had to be special ordered because it was originally a french door that was converted into a sliding door. They did both of them in the same day and quickly. It didn't even take the whole day. They showed up promptly and got to work right away. They were done before 2 in the afternoon. That's not even that generous on the time. They were just bam, bam, bam. I would recommend them to anybody."

"From start to finish my experience with Mad City windows was excellent, from calling to get an appointment for estimate, for measurement of windows and installation. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and proficient. The windows were in stalled in one day with all the old windows and site cleaned. The windows look great. "A sales person came out and showed me what they offered even though he came in a vehicle with the windows installed for 189 logo on it I don't recall the rep saying anything about that price. After a fairly long presentation about the products we got down to dollars and cents I replaced five windows for $289.00 each plus the haul away fee and taxes for a total of around $2450.00 or so and I had to pay half of that at the time the order was placed because the windows are made to order I was told by the rep. A week later the company sent someone out to measure the windows again to make sure the first person got it right( I thought that was smart) . I got a call I guess about a month later to tell me my windows were ready to be installed and we set a date. The installers showed up on time and started taking the old windows out on what had the be most humid day of the summer, I was told they would be installing the windows from the outside and that they would put plastic over the space when the window was taken out but the tape wouldn't stick and after two or three hours withe the windows open in Missouri in June I had every fly in my house that could make it to this part of town. The windows look great and I must say they took their time and now that it's getting cold I can feel the difference . Bottom line with window world they should stop talking about the $189 windows in ads cause I don't think they really have such a product I guess it's just the way they get in the door.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated.
