"Once the electrical box was opened and assessed it was apparent that the electrical box was pulled away from the house wall by the ground settling. Much of the wood frame behind the box had experienced water damage requiring long screws to seek enough wood meat to pull the box back to the brick wall. A vertical slip sleeve pipe was installed to adjust for the horizontal piping in the ground settling. The owner agreed to add foam, calking to help seal the wall box to the house wall and add a sloped top cover and sides to add additional protection from future heavy rain. This was an original construction land settling issue that is not uncommon."

Jason and Chris were hired to service the Furnace and to install new H&A ducts underneath the house. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
