"In addition to the gutter guards which were installed and the downspouts buried, Thrasher also changed out a misfitting basement window well and cover, and installed a Sadona dehumidifying system. Jonah and his crew of Corrin and Luis were excellent at the work they did. I was called before they arrived, to ensure I was ready for them to start work, and Jonah went over the work with me prior to starting, to confirm what was to be done. Completely professional. After it was completed, we inspected it together and everything was perfect. I will worry less next time it rains! I will definitely recommend Thrasher if anyone I know needs work done."

"We needed our main support beam replaced, and very quickly due to both its condition and an upcoming trip out of town that couldn't be rescheduled. Lance was able to start work within days of us contacting him, and despite a few obstacles outside his control, completed the job within the time frame necessary. We're extremely happy with his work and will be hiring him again for other improvement projects at our property."

"Five years ago my wife and I had our house pierced. We thought the company was reputable and would stand by their product. We had over 25 piers installed. However our basement foundation continued to settle. We thought we had a lifetime warranty. At least that's what the salesman told us, but when we called him back out the company could not stand by it because it was an act of god that their product failed. We called Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement. Frank Matyiko came out the next day with a structural engineer and they concluded that the only fix would be a new basement. They cautiously demolished our old foundation and hauled it away. We have a new 9 foot basement. We wish we never paid for the piercing originally. They provide service for the smallest foundation to the most radical job imaginable. Great job guys!!!
