I really wanted shutters and a couple of roman shades, but was unsure if the shutters would be affordable. She priced it out, and realized the shutters would be covered in the budget. Although I had only 6 windows to cover she treated me as though I had a whole house to cover. She was completely tentative and interested in what end result I wanted. I absolutely love the results. The windows make the room look beautifully finished. I definitely plan to upgrade the rest of my home to shutters in the future and will absolutely go to Cyndi

He actually showed up on time to begin the job and came prepared with the tools and materials to do the job so he didn't have to leave numerous times. He said he would have the job done in one day and stayed until 7:00 to keep that committment. He did a wonderful job and I would recommend him for any kind of job including ground up construction

"My call was answered and wasn't routed to an answering machine. I received a callback from Wilson, the installer the same day with great information and advice. Ended up taking the shade to the storefront for repair and was on my way back home when I received a call that my shade was ready. The problem was a corroded battery in the shade's powerpack. 2 Blind Guys replaced all of the batteries, didn't charge me, and gave me additional battery packs - all at no charge. Who does this? "I placed an order for 3 tops down bottoms up cordless pleated blackout shades, to replace similar light filtering shades from another company. The shades were reasonably priced, arrived on time and fit correctly. However I'm unimpressed with their overall quality. Three things bother me about the blinds:
1) they are extremely noisy when being raised or lowered
2) they need to be adjusted for level every time they are raised or lowered
3) inside the upper housing, there is a string that appears to move as the blinds are raised or lowered. Since the string rubs against parts in the housing, it is likely it will eventually break.
I don't think I'd buy these again.
