Jeh Johnson and his partner Tracy Herod have worked diligently to execute the itemized proposal that began this project to rehab, restore, and rebuild my home at 607 Wilmington ave. St. Louis MO 63111. An incredible number of tradesmen and tradeswomen have done their individual tasks all on a schedule professionally overseen by Jeh. These liscensed and masters of their trades worked alongside Jeh who if necessary stepped in and aided e these individuals. His overall expertise has brought my home to this point. One must keep in mind that a burnout like my home is an unusal job for Ethos Buildig Group LLc to accept. Yet at every stage my home has been given the same careful and thorough attention as their larger jobs. And despite some push back with my insurance company every thing has proceeded smoothly and orderly manner given the inevitable supply chain delays. Jeh Johnson is an affable young man who has facilitated all phases my prject and has even taken time to educate me on all the intricacies involved in a project such as mine. "1. Jonanthan gave me the best and most honest price among the quotes from 5 contractors. 2. He worked very carefully in this job. I am very satisfied on the quality of the installation. I was trying to find the issues on alignment and spacing but I could not. 3. The most impressive part for Jonanthan is he stayed late on Christmas Eve to finish the job and kept his promise on working days. I haven’t seen any contractors like him who is so dedicated to the job and schedule. 4. The only recommendation is to invest a little more to upgrade tools to improve efficiency.
