"From start to finish my experience with Mad City windows was excellent, from calling to get an appointment for estimate, for measurement of windows and installation. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and proficient. The windows were in stalled in one day with all the old windows and site cleaned. The windows look great. "They scheduled a meeting within a few days of my call to inquire about the service. The representative was punctual on that date. He surveyed the proposed project and inquired about our wishes. He then advised me about the alternatives that his company had to offer and the cost of each of them. Finally he prepared for our consideration a proposal outlining what would be done and the total cost. He advised us that the windows would be manufactured elsewhere and that this would take about a month from the date when we accepted the proposal. It eas slightly less thsn four weeks after we signed the contract thst we were told the windows had arrived and that the installation would be done within several days. The company contacted us two days before the project was to start which allowed us to arrange the rooms to provide unrestricted access during the installation.
The workers arrived at mid-morning to start the project and worked through the day, returning for two hours on the next day to complete the work. They were polite, did not disturb us during their work. and clearly were well prepared for the work at hand. They collected all of the old windows and any other materials that were generated and disposed of them.
I was most impressed with the knowledge of their business that all of the WindowWorld employees displayed and that they did their work so unobtrusively.

When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
