"They scheduled a meeting within a few days of my call to inquire about the service. The representative was punctual on that date. He surveyed the proposed project and inquired about our wishes. He then advised me about the alternatives that his company had to offer and the cost of each of them. Finally he prepared for our consideration a proposal outlining what would be done and the total cost. He advised us that the windows would be manufactured elsewhere and that this would take about a month from the date when we accepted the proposal. It eas slightly less thsn four weeks after we signed the contract thst we were told the windows had arrived and that the installation would be done within several days. The company contacted us two days before the project was to start which allowed us to arrange the rooms to provide unrestricted access during the installation.
The workers arrived at mid-morning to start the project and worked through the day, returning for two hours on the next day to complete the work. They were polite, did not disturb us during their work. and clearly were well prepared for the work at hand. They collected all of the old windows and any other materials that were generated and disposed of them.
I was most impressed with the knowledge of their business that all of the WindowWorld employees displayed and that they did their work so unobtrusively.

"This work was completed on a domestic violence shelter that houses approximately 20 people on the lower level. When FRS was contacted, we had mold on the walls, and mushrooms growing on the carpet. It was in very bad shape. We were no longer allowing people to reside on the lower level.  They said they could get the moisture out and they really did.  They were prompt, fast, and very clean. There was cement coming in through  the windows and machinery everywhere. We thought we would be cleaning up forever, but we only had a little sweeping to do before we could start putting our new floor in. They are very good at what they do.
It has been two years and with all of the flooding outside, there has not been any sign of moisture.  We have been very surprised by the entire process."

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
