They did not plumb it up right; the sewer gas came right into the equipment room; they were just pretty non-responsive. They were the high bidder so their price was high and I will not use them again...
Went very well. Had to buy a new kitchen faucet but was able to use parts from old faucet to repair faucet in utiity room. Was impressed that plumber made that suggestion when he could have easily told me that I needed two new faucets.
