I had a consultation with Hannah today who was on time, incredibly knowledgeable and super warm! She made having a stranger in my home feel like an old friend, and walked me through each of my design options in depth, with care and exactly to my liking. While I am going to revisit my upgrade next year, I will stick with 5 Star solely because of Hannah!
