Travis was quick to respond to the request from Home Advisor, but was entirely no pressure when he came out to bid the job. When we decided to go with him, he was able to schedule us for the following week. The morning of the start date, the weather was bad, and Travis called ahead to let us know he would be about 15 minutes late. He actually arrived on time, but since he wasn't certain about his arrival, he had called ahead; we always appreciate these kinds of gestures.
