"FIREPLACE ELECTRICAL INSERT!! We hired Vinc and crew a second time to make the fireplace insert happen. They worked very hard to modify the old brick opening and seal everything up properly. Vinc has great suggestions and ideas! He created us a one of a kind beautiful year round updated look for our home we love & been enjoying for two weeks! We will hire him again!"

You can potentially hurt others or yourself or damage your property or vehicle attempting to take a fence post out with a truck. Instead, use a farm jack or a pole puller to remove the post.

In most cases, installing a vinyl fence will increase your property value. Not only do buyers typically like the appearance of vinyl fences, but they will also recognize that it adds security and privacy to your home and yard, which can also mean greater peace of mind and enjoyment of the space. Vinyl fences can also improve your home’s curb appeal, attracting more buyers and potentially offering more for your home.

Ideally, when you replace a fence post, you should also replace the concrete footing. The concrete bonds to your new post, creating a secure base. If you install a new post into old concrete, it won’t be as sturdy.

That said, it is possible. Sometimes the post will lift right out of the concrete. If not, you can use a high-lift car jack to try and lift the pole out of the footing. Put the new post into the same hole and backfill it with fast-setting concrete. Keep in mind, this won’t work well for metal posts.

A chain-link fence does not lower your property value. However, chain links are not the most attractive materials—so it probably won’t raise the value either. If this is a concern, opt for wooden posts to provide visual flair and go with a color coating on your fence. Putting in a functional and attractive gate also helps up your resale value when installing a chain-link fence.
