It looks like that bad spots were **patched** to save the contractor money instead of replacing the trim, which was included in the price quoted."

Additionally, there were tall ceilings and tall windows. It was a tedious job, but his meticulous work made our newly purchased but 33-year-old house look new again. The first day, I think we had to reschedule, but once they started working, they were right on-time, got it done, and they cleaned-up after themselves. I did ask them a question to see about something else and they never got back to me about that. So, they never did a follow-up once they had completed their job. I guess they just moved on and I had two more small jobs I thought he could handle, but he never came back to follow-up on those. The price was a really good price. It was a special so it was not their normal price. It looks good."
