This is the second time that we have hired The Painting Company.  The first time was for an interior job in 2012.  

This time they painted the full exterior of the home including pressure wash of the entire exterior.  They also made minor siding repairs as needed.  They painted all of the siding, the gables, and all window casings on both the ground floor and a very high second floor.  

Dave and Lynn (the owners) are very knowledgeable and personable.  Both times, Lynn has had good ideas to suggest about accent colors, etc and has helped us to select the paint colors. They have always done a quality job.  We will be hiring them back again this spring for our wood deck.

"Power washed, sanded where needed, fixed and painted some dry rot under gutter (getting new wood) Friendly, no messes and great clean up and professional. Could not have been a better experience."

"When the painting was done, I took a brush and painted the areas that were missed. I applied paint to the soffits and around some guttering that were overlooked. The contract was to include replacing trim that had rotted. I am positive there is bad trim on my chimney and upstairs windows, but none of it was replaced. It looks like that bad spots were **patched** to save the contractor money instead of replacing the trim, which was included in the price quoted."

Perhaps could have had less drywall damage with wallpaper removal in half of room. Wall surface repaired, primed, prepped for painting including sanding and painted.. ."

"The rear deck was in complete disrepair. Bryan came out, and rebuilt the rotted spots. Power washed and sealed the entire deck. The deck is very large, so it was a 2 day affair. Overall very happy.
