Very efficient and excellent work ethic

Breanna is a very nice lady. I had a plan as to how I needed her help but things didnâ t go as planned. I told her I would probably need more than 3 hours, we discussed 4-5. She gave me a price that I thought was ok because of all she was going to do. She was an hour late. Her husband took over. I had to be with him in the kitchen so she worked in the bedroom alone. I wanted to be with her to decide what I wanted to keep and what to donate. It ended up with her boxing up all the clothes and I have no idea what is where. I do appreciate having items boxed instead of them being everywhere. I couldnâ t leave her husband as he wanted to get rid of everything. She cleaned the bathrooms but left areas untouched. In her defense both of them really needed cleaning. They packed and left in 3 hours. I donâ t feel like I got accomplished what I set out to do. I was very disappointed

Breanna was friendly and prompt. Her quote was very reasonable(I guess you get what you pay for) I pointed out that I wanted a DEEP, Moving out clean. I emphasized that I wanted ALL woodwork cleaned, Baseboards, trim, and cabinets.(all light oak) Ceilings, fans and walls dusted for cobwebs ect. I wanted the vinyl floors scrubbed. Kitchen and bathrooms, and shower stall cleaned of soap scum and hard water stains. What I got was vacuuming, light dusting and a wet mop of the floors ( I,m not sure she even used soap) Corners not clean, soap scum still in shower. ceilings still filthy from fan in Master bedroom, cobwebs in corners of empty rooms and wood cabinets still dirty around door handles. I was VERY disappointed in the quality of the work. I paid her, but would not recommend her.

Breanna is amazing! When she came to do her consultation, she was consise and clear. she asked me questions about my expectation but was non-judegemental. My house has never been this clean. I am recommending to EVERYONE!

Bobbie (Owner) is a very reliable enjoyable person. She is been with us for over 10 years now. I feel very comfortable having her in our home, even if I can t be there.

We had her clean twice and then let her go. Our previous cleaner took 3 hours to clean and she was here for only 2 hours, despite us telling her that it took 3 hours. The first time we noticed that there were dust bunnies under the furniture and in the corners after she left. I also ran my hand over the shower walls and found that they were filmy and still water-spotted. We asked what time she needed to arrive for the second cleaning so she would have enough time to do a good job. Again, she was only here two hours, possibly less. Same problems. I had smeared a dab of liquid soap on the shower wall, in case it was just my imagination, and I could still feel the soap. There were still ghosts of the water spots on the faucets and she didn't move anything when she vacuumed, like the basket of magazines in the bathroom. Yep, dust bunnies again. You could see the smears on the hardwood floors where she just sort of ran the steam cleaner and spills on the kitchen floor where she did not! I could tell nothing had been moved on the nightstand, so I assume it did not get dusted. We have a central vac so it is super easy to do the floors. If she wasn't willing to really clean for the price she quoted us, she should have just refused to take the job. Our last cleaner was absolutely wonderful but had to quit due to health issues.

She is prompt, friendly and does a good job.

Breanna's House Cleaning does an excellent job. Bobbie is very trustworthy. I am super comfortable allowing her into my home. She is very kind to my animals as well. She also took good care of my elderly mothers needs before she passed.

She was with me for 15 years until a family member offered to help.
