"The team arrived during the time frame that had been given. They did the furniture removal carefully so as not to damage anything. They were able to take an additional item I'd decided I didn't want to keep. (There was an additional charge for this which I felt was reasonable and to be expected.) You can back them out just enough to pop off the snap ring, which prevents the bottom portion of the bracket from disconnecting from the top when you unscrew the bolts. Use a regular screwdriver to pop off the snap ring, and the rest of the components should fall off by themselves.
