I live in a very rural area and the roads had not yet been sanded or cleared. When he got to a very steep hill, his van would not make it and so HE WALKED. That's right. Rather than leave me without heat, Reggie WALKED at least two miles. In the snow. Freezing cold. I believe that most companies would have turned around and gone back to town. I see the negative reviews but they're more than 3 years old. I've used Honest Abe's for a while now and have always been happy with the work that Kody did and now I'm recommending Reggie as well. I'll continue to use them."
