"We hired Promise Home / Works to install a ramp, a walk-in shower, grab bars and a new toilet. This was for a family member who was coming home from a rehab center after surgery from a broken hip bone, he lives alone. I am in Arizona and his home is in Illinois. Everything was done by phone, internet and faxes. We had a local family friend who met with the workers from PHW and stayed with them during construction in his home. "Jesus and his crew did a remarkable job. The project involved a bathroom rough in in the basement. Contacted over 7 bathroom remodelers in the area and only 2 could complete a bathroom install from only a rough in. We were very fortunate to find Bathroom Excellence on Angieâ s list. The crew were very polite, professional and treated this project as if they were working on their own homes. They handled everything from acquiring local builder permits to new plumbing, electric, flooring, dry wall and painting. Jesus did a fantastic job on the muddying and taping of the dry wall which is really a construction art. Worked with Jack on the original bid and contract.
