"LJ is simply the best.  We have used him previously with great success, but I have never taken the time to write a review.  Saturday evening, my husband noticed a small leak from our hot water heater.  I called LJ at 6 pm and was just planning on leaving him a message to call me on Monday.  Instead, he picked up the phone and told me he could install a new one that evening.  Sure enough, he arrived at our house the same evening and installed the new unit.  Talk about customer service!  We have had a lot of work done to our house over the years, but I have never had service like this from any business.  Many thanks!

"Damion was our service technician and he came to clear the roots out of our drains. That was successful but in the process, he expressed concern over the gasket on the sewer plug and tested it to be sure it was firmly sealed. It appeared to be and he had us flush toilets and run faucets to be sure. The seal appeared solid but overnight it slowly showed a leak. We called Reddi Services and Damion was back early the next day to replace the part. He didn't charge us a service call for the second visit and even ran out to find the piece needed (he didn't have the part in his truck so he ran out to find it and charged us just for the part.). We're very satisfied with Reddi Service, have used them several times in the past, and will continue to use their technicians."
