I submitted a request to be called a second time and they never called back. I also purchased a special off the website for the service and never got the service I paid for. Total rip off!!!!!

They showed up on time, did the job in short order, and the price was exactly as quoted.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. I think they did everything they needed to. They did a good job and they were fast.

I had purchased a Deal from Angie's List for a drain cleaning for $69.  As it turned out, it was not the drain.  It was the tub stopper that wasn't opening all the way.  The plumber was very efficient and courteous.  They offered to come out free of charge if this did not take care of the problem.  I was very happy with the results and the service.

All clear

He had it cleared out and running in about 15 to 20 minutes.  Cleaned everything up and was very personable.

I had purchased a Big Deal $50 OFF Any Sewer Line Cleaning for $69.50.  They came out and did a really good job and all was fine.  No complaints about their service at all.

When I scheduled my appt. I was told someone would be at my home by 11 a.m and if not there by that time to call to find out the ETA. I called at 11:30 and got a recording, left a message that no-one had arrived. At  2p.m. - still no-one arrived. I called again - left message - no reply. At 4 p.m I got a call from a plumber asking if I still needed service...(Why would I have made an appt. and paid for a service if I didn't need it) - He arrived @ 4:30 - 5.5 hours late - no apologies - no explanation. (I'm a forgiving type person). While this individual was there, I asked @ an estimate for additiional service - he took information and wrote it on the order and explained that he would let "his boss" know. That was 4/26/2013, it is now 5/13/2013 and I have yet to receive any returned phone calls. Not only that ... the coupon  was for "Rooter Fast" (KC address) and the billing sheet said "KC Commercial Plumbing (Gladstone address). I have a feeling that this was farmed out. The individual that came out did what was paid for...there is no discouragment with that individual.
The fact that absolutely no returned phone calls were made is the reason I give an "F" to Rooter Fast . Had I been called with any form of explanation or apology for being so late, I would not have minded so much, I know people get behind and some things are out of ones control and can be very forgiving.

My relationship with Rooter Fast started a little rough.  We had a couple of scheduling conflicts.  When the owner heard what had happened he scheduled an appointment to come to my home and assess the situation himself.  He was punctual and informed me that my issue was not serious ( I had been told by another company that it would be atleast $800).  He unclogged my tub drain and cleaned my toilet ports and refused any payment.  I found him to be very professional and knowledgable.  I will definitely use this company in the future.

These guys were GREAT!! My kitchen sink and dishwasher backed up after I used my garbage disposal Wednesday night. I worked on it half the night trying to dislodge the clog, but only made things worse. I had standing water in both sinks and my dishwasher, and the dishwasher was leaking onto my wood floor. I looked on Angie's List, found these guys with a coupon for $69.50 for drain cleaning, and called them Thursday morning. The owner answered and said he'd have someone there that afternoon, but they called and were at my house within 2-1/2 hours. Two extremely nice guys showed up, friendly and professional. The clog wasn't easy to remove and took a bit of work, but they got it cleared and things were back to normal. They were careful not to damage anything and cleaned up after themselves. You'd never know they were here, except my sink and dishwasher were working again.  And the price was unbelievable, $70 for a drain cleanout is a BARGAIN!!  I will DEFINITELY call them again when I need a plumber!!!

We had gotten other estimates, one very low, and one very high.  Both told us we needed to replace the old clay pipes 10 feet out from the house and beneath the house.  After they left, we tried to get back in touch with them to see how they knew to go just 10 feet out and why with the original pipe from 1941 would we not replace it all while we were digging up the yard.  Neither returned our call.  Both left estimates without any details except that if we wanted a camera inspection it would cost $250.  I did not feel good about this so signed up for A.List and examined all.  Chose this company.  They came out to give an est. and the first thing he did was to bring a camera from the truck and put it through the pipe.  He had a screen for us to look at.  It was quite clear and showed so much damage to the pipes way beyond 10 feet.  It definitely needed replacing all the way to the hook up.  Their est. was detailed and fair.  We knew exactly what we were paying for down to the lime he had to put in the crawl space where a leak was.  He explained it all.
We felt confident after the est. that he would do what needed to be done, be fair and because of the leak, he worked us in within the week.  After the job, our yard was returned to as normal as possible and we were very pleased.  I would definitely call this company and recommend them without hesitation.

Our kitchen sink completely plugged up a few days ago - both sides..  I tried Liquid Plummer and a plunger first.  When that didn't work, I took the trap off and tried clearing it with the snake on my drill but I couldn't get through.  I finally turned to Angie's List to get an idea of who to call in our area.  There was an online deal for $50 off a drain cleaning so I purchased it online and called.  James came out in the time frame he said he would be here.  He was probably here 30 minutes tops and had the drain cleaned and put back together.  Very professional and polite.  I highly recommend this company.

I have 2 rental houses and am not a great plumber myself so I have used probably 5 different ones that I got from Angie?s List. Most of them were very good plumbers but they all drained my pocket book when they were finished and charged outrageous prices for not only parts but a couple charged over $100.00 an hour for their travel to and from my house.  I don?t know about everyone else, but I was tired of getting ripped off by plumbers until Rooter Fast.  I admit, that in my opinion, plumbing is the most difficult skill to learn in the construction industry (anyone who has gone to the Hardware Store to try to even buy plumbing parts will tell you the same) .  But come on, most charge as much as attorneys and doctors.
First Experience
My first experiance with Rooter Fast occurred when tree roots clogged the main drain in one of my rental houses.  I called two different plumbers.  The first tied to use a sewer snake.  They concluded that I needed a new drain line and quoted me $7,100 to install a liner in the drain.  No way I could afford that, so I called the second plumber who actually used a rooter and ran out of rooter line about 100 feet (still had about 30 feet to go the city sewer).  Although he did not get all the way to the city manhole, he was pretty sure I needed a new main also.  They quoted ~$2,500 to dig up and replace the line.
I called Rooter Fast based on Angie?s list recommendations to get another bid for line replacement. When I explained what happened to David Cox of Rooter Fast, he seemed skeptical that I even needed to replace the line.  Said he would come out and look at my house.  He called me the next day and told me that he knows some of the people at the second company and he called them up to discuss my situation.  David said that company #2 would come back and rooter the drain all the way to sewer for an extra $50.00.  They did that and it cleared the drain completely. 
How many plumbers do you know who would do that?  David could have given me an alternate bid to replace the line, or at a minimum, re-rooter the sewer himself.  He also followed up with a phone call to be sure they had taken care of me.  He was more service oriented than both of the other 2 companies and Fast Rotter didn?t even make a dime.  Sure saved me a ton of
money!             
Second Experience
Since e then I have had Rooter Fast to install a drain under my kitchen sink. I got a new sink that is lower than the previous one and Rooter Fast had to cut the vertical main pipe in the wall to make the stub out lower.  The first time David came out he stopped by because we could not use our kitchen sink.  He rigged up a temporary fix for a couple days until they could come back and fixed
it the way he wanted. He also snaked out a bathroom drain.  Did not charge for temp fix on the sink even though he used some of his own parts. They came out a couple days later and fixed the drain to their high standards They also noticed a leak from my dishwasher and redoped the fitting and tightened it up.  They automatically fixed it under the same service call.

Checked all plumbers here on AL and only called Rooter Fast, the reviews and high marks plus the deal they offer was a no brainer for me...Very easy to work with, wasn't an emergency on my end  so they worked me into their schedule.. can't recall the tech's name who came out but snaked main line but floor drain still not draining so he snaked that smaller line in the floor drain as well to make sure all lines were clear and flowing properly.. I bought thru Angie's List online with a deal for $69.. can't even rent a machine and do it myself for that price really..

I had a wonderful experience with this company.    I called Monday  and they were able to come out  within 3 to 4 hours of my call.  The serviceman actually had to wait about 5 min for me to get home.   He was very professional and fixed my problem quickly.  He also gave me some advice on how to repair another problem myself.  I will definitely be using this company again if I have anymore problems or if I want to make some plumbing changes.

we called 3 companies to get estimates for our water heater to be replaced.1 estimate was $1350.00  anotherone was  $1200.00.  Rooter Fast told us they charge $735.00 for Angieslist customers, I thought that was for labor only, We were shocked when we were told ,it was for the complete job. I have to be honest, we were worried about service and quality, for that price, but  were put at ease when David and Chris shoed up, they had boot covers on their boots, they did a great job, will will call them back if we have a plumbing issue!!!!!!!
