"So professional and accommodating! I recommend 10/10!! I wasn’t intending on hiring anyone for regular services but decided their work was so impressive to hire them for bi weekly cleaning! My 3 daughters (ages 2, 3, and 5) think they are magic cleaning fairies bc they made their beds and put toys around for them!! They thought they put our flowers in the garden too! Haha! Needless to say we are all impressed and excited to have them back again soon."

"Monica, the owner, has cleaned for me for a few years. She has been fabulous about last minute requests as well. I have periodically used others when gifted to me but my house never smells as good or is as clean as when Monica has done it. In addition to the regular tasks you would expect from a cleaning service her little extra touches like cute arrangement of stuffed animals on children's beds to folding the tails of tp into perfect points just add to the delightful experience of having her manage your cleaning and she will conquer, for a small fee when arranged in advance, any extras you might need ie: refrigerator cleaned, pantry organized etc. She is always prompt and extremely professional and diligent in her work leaving every surface sparkling. She is easy to communicate with via phone or text and responds to communication in the evenings after hours unless requested so as not to take her attention away from your home. I quite frankly am not sure when she sleeps. Recently I had a variety of surgical procedures and her willingness to work with my schedule was one less thing I had to worry about. I have had others do the exact same services for less money which seemed like a bargain only to return home to redo it myself because it wasn't any cleaner than before, including a lg visible cobweb easily reachable i had placed purposefully as a test. I could go on and on but the truth is unless Monica does the job for me I always end up having to go back and redo half the house. If you are looking for a cleaning service please get a bid from Final Touch. "Our floor received an epoxy coating December 2019 by the Garage Experts of Kansas City. The majority of the surface held up as expected and when clean, still looks new. Unfortunately, late last year, I noticed some deterioration and peeling along the garage crack lines, causing me to contact the company and ask for their assistance. We knew the coating had a Lifetime Warranty but were uncertain how quickly they would respond, and to what degree they would honor the quality of their work. Upon receiving my call, they came out within a few days, inspected the floor, and convened to determine what was the best approach to remedy the problem. After a few email conversations, it was agreed they would redo the entire floor which was completed satisfactorily April 16, 2024 â nearly 5 years after its application. The new floor looks fantastic! We elected to fill in the crack lines as that is the process we took with another epoxy application in Washington State. It is wonderful to work with a company that backs their warranty and works diligently to make sure their customers are satisfied. I have and will continue to recommend the good work of the Garage Experts of Kansas City."

"Wow! I needed a one time deep cleaning to get my house ready to sell and this crew did not disappoint. The contractors who did the repairs left dirt, dust, and paint spatter over pretty much every surface. These ladies came in and worked for hours to get my house sparkling clean. It is spotless from top to bottom. The kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling. The windows, walls, doors, floors... every single inch is dirt and dust free. They even cleaned in the garage. I am so impressed with the job they did and highly recommend them. Hiring Klean 4 U was definitely money well spent."

"I used The Maids for quite awhile. They are thorough and prompt. However, they are not careful and I had several nicks and marks on my walls. Every time I called, they were apologetic and offered to send their handyman out to do touch ups. As I explained to them I had a brand new professionally painted house. I was not going to allow them to come do touch ups, when what would be needed would be to paint the wall. What I wanted was more care of my home. I was always assured that they would talk to the employees but nothing ever improved. The last straw was when someone disposed of a piece of baseboard that had come loose in the kitchen. They either weren't paying attention and vacuumed it or were scared of getting in trouble because it had come loose and threw it away. I had to call the custom cabinet supplier and have a new piece a trim stained and installed. At that point I fired them. For this reason, I can not rate them as high as I would have otherwise.
