"Excellent. I've had both Brandon and Rich (technicians) for past electrical jobs. They get right to work, diagnose and repair efficiently, and leave this client ready to use their services when needed in the future! Plus, Tina, their receptionist/scheduler worked hard to fit me in since I had painters in the home needing electrical that day. She's great! I'd recommend and use Fusion Electric in a heartbeat."

"Empire Elite & Co. earned every one of these five stars. Piper was professional from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, explaining everything clearly and never making me feel pressured into unnecessary work. The quality of the installation was outstanding, and you could tell they take pride in doing things the right way instead of taking shortcuts. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and made safety their top priority. It?s hard to find a company that values long-term solutions over quick fixes, but that?s exactly what Empire Elite & Co. delivers. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work."

Small jobs welcome

"6 yr old new home, we installed 2 basement bedrooms drywalled, painted had wiring in walls for rooms, but not ac outlets, closet lights, switches. Their tech installed 7 ac outlets, 2 closet lights, two closet switches, connected 2 fire alarms to complete this long delayed issue. All completed in under 3 hours at a very reasonable price, of course all up to code. Recommend them highly."

Ev Charger Installer questions, answered by experts

Upgrading your electrical system can save you money on your monthly utility bills by powering your home more efficiently. Electrification nonprofit Rewiring America estimates that a household could save $1,800 per year on energy bills by upgrading to a modern electric heat pump, switching to a heat pump for their water, installing solar panels on the roof, and converting to an electric vehicle.

Local electricians with experience in your area understand the local building codes, which is very important when doing new electrical work. They also have experience with the kind of electrical problems homes in your location may have, and even the components that were used in the original construction, which leads them to make faster and better decisions.

You can use outdoor electrical outlets to conveniently power landscaping equipment such as electrical lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and pressure washers. From a recreational standpoint, outdoor outlets are handy for powering electric grills, mini-fridges, and stereos. They're also helpful when it's time to string Christmas lights on your home and around your property.

You can plug your electric car into a regular 120-volt household outlet only if you’re using a Level 1 charger. This method is slower and may take several days to fully charge your EV. For faster charging, you’ll need a Level 2 charger, which requires a 220- or 240-volt outlet.

Yes, you should get a quote or an estimate from an electrician. Most electricians offer free estimates or quotes. When getting quotes, do your research and verify each electrician’s license. Get quotes from three different electricians to compare. If the prices or items listed appear different on the quotes, ask the electrician to clarify. Learning as much as you can about the electrical work you want done will help you get the most accurate estimate.
