We scheduled an appointment with Brandon for the next day who professionally handled my situation calmly and alleviated my anxiety tremendously. "commination difficult with tech who showed up although friendly and professional. And I expected more for the $139 than a vacuum hooked up to one vent to suck out dust. Did ask if additional cleaning was wanted for an additional $50 a vent. which, in my case, could have cost up to $1,000. Tech did show me how to take old vents off properly instead of damaging my walls, which I appreciated. My vents were extremely filthy, so my expectations were probably too high."
