Olshan installed 8 cable lock st piers to lift and stabilize our foundation. Alejandro was in charge of the actual work on our home and he is an absolute rock star. "Admittedly, I only had them waterproof my basement 2 weeks ago and we haven't had any especially heavy rain storms since. However, I haven't had any noticeable water issues since. The staff were very friendly, courteous and worked very hard. They were able to complete the work in just one day. Which surprised me, considering that their crew of three guys channeled the whole basement and installed two sump pumps. Their work definitely seems solid, so I wouldn't expect any issues.
