"Things actually started off on the wrong foot for the day of my move. But here is the rest of the story... One of the NL Wilson owners met me at the storage facility in Merriam, and we had a very good conversation about the challenges we were facing. Bottom line... the owner immediately corrected all of the challenges on the spot! The rest of the day was an A+++!
