"He killed my tree. I'm pretty upset by that. He also obviously didn't listen when going over what I wanted done and charged me extra for an area that was already supposed to be part of the estimate. I ended up doing 75% of that area myself. He's a really nice guy but I feel like he over extended himself with work and overlooked several things. We discussed him leaving a plant I wanted, he pulled it up as well. Not the worst job but certainly won't hire again. "

A-Coil was covered under 10 year warranty but not labor. They quoted her 2900 to install the new A-Coil. I checked with multiple other HVAC firms, and the labor to install this part and the refridgerant was on the order of 900-1000. This firm gouged my elderly grandmother. They didn't send her an itemized bill, so I think they just have a set price that includes the part. They took her money and there has been no effort by them to make this right. Watch out, they'll do this to you too or someone you love. They said it's inflation, but this is what happens when they sense that they can take advantage of someone. They won't talk to me (her grandson), only her, and told her there was nothing they could do and just took her money. Beware, use someone else, you cannot trust these people."
