Their representative measured and explained all the details of how the work would be done and gave us an approximate date of installation (within a week of estimation). We were notified via email and then called to verify when they were coming...this allowed us to be prepared for that day. The installers were right on time, and began work immediately upon arrival. They worked efficiently and quickly to complete the task in barely over an hour. Installation was in the spring, so they cleaned out the debris from the fall/winter and I guess we will see how well it works this coming fall. "I wasn't very pleased with the work done they are hard workers but didn't seem to do quality work the french drain wasn't deep enough now the gutter drains are exsposed the drains under the concrete walkway have a hump ware they put new concrete down .I looked in the crawl space after they were done it wasn't sealed off very good the moisture can still come that makes the dehumidifier work harder"
