"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "The owner, John, was very responsive and courteous when I called. He was able to rearrange his schedule to get someone to give a bid/service call. The plumber, Josh, was on time and gave a straight-forward explanation of the service needed. He had to leave to get a few supplies (while the hourly rate was running). He returned about a half hour later and did the repair. He did not clean up after the job and left the old pipes for me to dispose of. I was charged for 1.5 hours of labor for about a 30-45 minute job plus his trip to the supply house. Furthermore, there was a $95 fee to just send the truck. Total cost of the job was $356.
