I recently used Greener Side Lawn and Landscape for my fall cleanup, and it was a great experience overall. The crew arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They were very thorough, and my yard has never looked better. Just wish they had a bit more availability during the busy season, but still very happy!

Bret is the most unprofessional business owner I have met! I do not write many reviews on it, but this guy took the cake. I hired him for bi-weekly and trimming hedges services at my mother-in-law house. I told him I would pay him bi-weekly on Fridays when I get paid. A common way of paying for lawn accounts, as I have multiple accounts. (Maybe his business is struggling, but he starts to hound you immediately after completing ANYTHING he does, sending you the invoice several times a day.) Greener Side KC came to my property and did not complete the job. I asked Bret when he would return to the property, as there may have been an issue I was unaware of, to complete the job. He, the business owner, then became defensive, saying that he did not have to return to complete the job because My Mother-n-law is 67 years old, lived at the property address more than he and I have been alive, and nobody gets to speak judgment on her house or things she cares about. At no point did he ever ask what he could do to make the client happy. I have no clue how long he has been operating, but if you want unfinished work, someone that does not value your time, and passes judgment on your property amenities, hire Greener Side KC. Do not be fooled by the initial consultation of Bret vs. when Bret runs into an issue with a property; that is when you get to see the true character of this owner! Save your money, trust me?
