"I was satisfied with the work Jason did for me. We discussed the various items that I wanted to address & the main focus was on the faucet installation on my bathroom sink in the basement. Jason explained why I had to get a new stopper. I was a bit surprised about the total cost of services; but inflation has changed just about everything. "The response was top-notch and the customer service friendly and consistent. The work was completed to repair the gas line. In completing the work, the technician had to open the wall. I was told there would be an access door installed to cover the opening, but I had to follow-up to make sure it was done. The gas now works and the wall looks fine."
