Not sure what happened, but for my third request, he said he was coming twice and twice did not come, and now I have not heard it from him again after following up. On the second visit, he missed a pretty decent section of the front sidewalk in between the street and the sidewalk and the sidewalk and the fence area. "They don't tell you that they only mow on the first visit. They did not edge or trim the area around the fence. It had rained for days and it was obvious that it needed to be done. I had to contact customer service to get this information even though they charged for the full service, The second trip, they did the edging but failed blow the grass off the patio, They have one more chance to get it right or I will be canceling the service. I am used to having excellent service where I moved from but this service is lacking. The service needs improvement."
