Not sure what happened, but for my third request, he said he was coming twice and twice did not come, and now I have not heard it from him again after following up. On the second visit, he missed a pretty decent section of the front sidewalk in between the street and the sidewalk and the sidewalk and the fence area. He chopped away the whole thing and had to replace a section of the chain-link fence. He put in a new garden and mulch in front, trimmed up some trees and cut away a lot of weeds.
