Not sure what happened, but for my third request, he said he was coming twice and twice did not come, and now I have not heard it from him again after following up. On the second visit, he missed a pretty decent section of the front sidewalk in between the street and the sidewalk and the sidewalk and the fence area. For hiring, I would be sure to be specific about what area areas will be covered for that visit. I wish him the best and hope that everything is OK for him. He is a very nice person."

He chopped away the whole thing and had to replace a section of the chain-link fence. He put in a new garden and mulch in front, trimmed up some trees and cut away a lot of weeds. I highly recommend him."
