Not sure what happened, but for my third request, he said he was coming twice and twice did not come, and now I have not heard it from him again after following up. He chopped away the whole thing and had to replace a section of the chain-link fence. He put in a new garden and mulch in front, trimmed up some trees and cut away a lot of weeds.
