"Picks Gallery just finished performing maintenance on our gas fireplace. We scheduled the appointment a couple weeks ago. We were notified when they were on their way and they arrived exactly on time. Our technician, Patrick, was very friendly and professional. Not only did he do a great job with the fireplace but also took the time to share helpful tips on operating and maintaining it. "Log the time they come in and leave: they will overcharge you a LOT!!! They may also have to come (like for me) three times before they advise you to replace the unit. But they will still charge you for everything pointless that they did before then. First visit: Added R22 and left. It didn’t work ($377.50) Second and third visits: Replaced capacitor and left. It didn’t work. Came back and condemned the unit as unfixable. ($185). This is Peter’s in Columbia, MO."
