"We purchased a farm with a house on it that had been a rental for 20+ years to the same person. She had several cats & a dog that used the house freely as their restroom. We pulled out everything we could, replaced subflooring & drywall but there was still a smell. It looked as though the floor vents had been used as a primary restroom source for the cats so we decided to call Keith. He came out the same week I called & did a fantastic job!
